Customer Service Office

There is a Customer Service / Security Office right in the centre of the main car-park. There is a security presence 24 hours a day with someone available to help you. CCTV cameras cover the entire area.

Parking

Surrey Quays is outside the central London congestion charge zone, so access and parking are easy. Parking is free to all users of Surrey Quays and there are over 1000 bays. Please read the car park notices and park in designated bays only. Disabled bays are clearly marked.

Disabled Facilities

There are disabled parking bays throughout the Leisure Park. Toilets are located in all outlets and access to all facilities is via ground level. The UCI cinema is equipped with services for the deaf and partially hearing.

Cash points

There are free cash point facilities available at the Customer Service Office by the main entrance to the car-park.

We are happy to hire the Surrey Quays for community or commercial events. Please contact us via the 'contact details' section. We are particularly pleased to support local charities such as Time and Talents and other community events such as the Rotherhithe Festival.
